Supah Dupah Late Updates 2

February 2011

Love Month.
Ablaze Night Life presents "Kasal-Kasalan"
The WEDDING of the Century!!!

The idea of the "mock-wedding" ceremony was to show the young people the weight and seriousness of getting married... that it requires true love, sacrifice and great commitment.

We featured the love story of Kuya Emer and Ate MJ Caparas...
How they met, their ups and down and their decision to make God the center of their marriage.
Everyone was on "kilig" mode..specially when I pronounced..."You may now kiss the bride!"

Yiiiiheeeeee!!!!!!

Thanks to Ate Wendy Chang for delivering a wonderful message for us as well!!!

Supah Dupah Late Updates

So here I am... posting my first blog entry for 2011.. my last post was November of last year... well, who cares anyway? :) It's been 7 months since my last post so here are some of the things I've been busy with recently.

Get ready for the SUPAH DUPAH LATE UPDATES.. tententenentenen!!!

December 2010

First would be the launch of ABLAZE NIGHT LIFE.
PCF Tondo's ministry designed for College and Young Pros.

Because of the growing number of young people attending YOUTH ABLAZE, we decided to add another service... we separated the HIGH SCHOOL from the COLLEGE and YOUNG Professionals. Ptr. Jr now handles our HIGH SCHOOL Student Ministry (ABLAZE HIGH) and is really doing a great job. As for me, I was given the task to disciple the College and Young Pros.
We were honored to have Ptr. Loi for our ribbon-cutting ceremony plus we were able to invite my officemates who were part of APAC Idol to render some song numbers for us.

Here are some of pictures of our kick-off.

JANUARY 2011

It was a great start for 2011.
SaltLight, our office Bible-Study group grew to almost 1/4 of our account.
We started with 7 people and look what the Lord has done!!!

As we all know, Call Centers are like the modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah. There is homosexuality, vices, adultery, love of money, etc. Anyone can be easily influenced into embracing this lifestyle. I thank God because with His help, we were able to start a movement like this in this kind of environment.

We make sure that everyone feels welcomed in the group. I always say to them that we are all sinners under God's grace, and that we can come as who we are... experience Jesus and leave never the same.

SaltLight continues to meet every Thursday after-shift.

Another highlight for January wass the Praise School of Leaders (PSOL) 2nd batch of Graduates.
More laborers for the harvest!!!
